Traditionally, program evaluation plans have been 20-100 page documents which are often inaccessible to busy stakeholders who have little time to read them. A new approach is to use a visual format based on a visual Outcomes DoView (outcomes model/program logic). Such visual program evaluation plans can also be used to control the implementation of any monitoring and evaluation work. (List of resources relevant to this video).
