This web site is based on Dr Paul Duignan's work on outcomes, evaluation and strategy. He has developed a conceptual framework for thinking about outcomes (outcomestheory.org); a practical visual approach for working with outcomes, monitoring and evaluation planning (this site); and the world's first true visual 'outcomes processor' software (DoView) for doing outcomes-focused strategic planning, outcomes and drawing visual DoViews, program logics models, theories of change, ends-means diagrams, strategy maps etc.
