This set of web sites is based on the work of Dr Paul Duignan in the area of outcomes, evaluation and strategy. His work has focused on developing a conceptual framework for thinking about outcomes system (outcomestheory.org), a practical system for working with outcomes systems (easyoutcomes.org) which incorporates the findings from the conceptual framework, and one software solution which can help to visualize outcomes models (program logics models, ends-means diagrams, strategy maps etc.) and develop visual evaluation and strategy plans (doview.com).
